Our all-in approach covers the prep steps most sellers actually need, so you always know what you’re paying upfront. Every order is handled in a dedicated, climate-controlled workspace with careful inspection, clear communication, and photo proof when requested. Because we work with a limited number of clients, your inventory never gets lost in the shuffle — it gets the attention it deserves, so you can focus on growing your Walmart business with confidence.

Seller Fulfilled Order (SFS) Fulfillment
Includes:
- Order handling and packing
- Walmart-compliant labeling
- Shipment processing via Ship with Walmart
- Daily carrier pickups (Monday–Friday)
Walmart Fulfilled Services (WFS) Prep
Includes:
- Intake and quantity inspection
- Compliance prep and labeling
- Poly-bagging and suffocation warnings (as required)
- Product bundling (when requested)
Product Bundling (Optional Add-On)
- Bundles up to 5 items
- Bundles up to 10 items
Monthly Volume Guidelines
- Services support up to 5,000 units per month
- Volume reviewed monthly to maintain service quality
- Higher volume may require approval
Pricing
- Standard Fulfillment (SFS & WFS Prep): $1.50 per unit
- Product Bundling Add-On: $1.00 per unit (up to 5 items) & $1.50 per unit (up to 10 items)
Important Guidelines
- Month-to-month service (no long-term commitment)
- Small-parcel shipments only
- No palletized or freight shipments
- No temperature-controlled items
- No long-term storage
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
Shipping labels are purchased through Walmart’s Ship with Walmart program.
Carrier selection and delivery speed are chosen using best judgment to meet Walmart delivery expectations.
Once shipments are transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are not guaranteed.
